Our Rooms
Greystoke House offers a choice of accommodation with one single room with private shower room, three en-suite double rooms and one flexible superior en-suite quadruple room. All our rooms have individually controlled central heating and have modern and comfortable furnishings.
Guests are supplied with their own set of house keys and can have access to their rooms all day. Guest Information packs are emailed out prior to your visit which contain important information about Greystoke House as well as Keswick and local attractions.

Note: We do not as a rule pre-book single night bookings, but will possibly take them if we have availability on the day. Please call directly.
We welcome well behaved dogs of all shapes and sizes, we just ask that guests are responsible for them at all times whilst they are in the house – please note, dogs are not allowed in the dining room (except assistance dogs). We charge £15 per dog per stay.
Room 1 – Double En-Suite (1st Floor)
Refurbished in March 2021, Room 1 is a well appointed en-suite double located on the first floor at the rear of the house.
Equipped with an en-suite shower room, and modern furnishings, flat screen ‘smart’ television with Freeview and CD/DVD player, USB charging points, alarm clock, hairdryer, fluffy white towels, complimentary toiletries and a well stocked complimentary Fair-trade hospitality tray.
Room 2 – Superior Flexible En-Suite (1st Floor)
Room 2 is located on the first floor at the front of the house. Our superior room can accommodate up to four guests with a variety of bed layout options.
Equipped with an en-suite shower room, and modern furnishings, flat screen ‘smart’ television with Freeview and CD/DVD player, USB charging points, alarm clock, hairdryer, fluffy white towels, complimentary toiletries and a well stocked complimentary Fair-trade hospitality tray.

Please note: The Private Shower room is not located on the same floor as the bedroom. It can be found at the rear of the house between the ground and first floor. A dressing gown and complimentary toiletries are provided.
